update_workspace

Use to record the approved framing's goal, intended use, oversight and risk level on the workspace.

params: question_id (the id ask_gate returned for the gate the person answered — ParleML records who approved it), and the fields the person approved: business_goal (with intended_use it closes the workspace's Frame stage), intended_use, out_of_scope_uses, approved_use_boundaries, foreseeable_misuse, review_cadence, override_authority, risk_level (Low | Medium | High | Regulatory, only as the person gave it; Regulatory admits a supervised plan only as one transparent model). Only the fields you pass change. They are the workspace's "Intended use & oversight", its risk level in the workspace list and the AutoDoc Model Card's intended-use and human-oversight sections. Returns the workspace.
