Use before deep reads: which analytical surfaces an experiment supports.

Routed by experiment type (supervised/external → MLI; forecast → forecast; cluster/anomaly → unsupervised; others carry no capability payload). The MLI payload flags optional deliverables — notably has_business_rules (see get_playbook("explainability")). Every answer also lists the get_insight kinds and get_chart_data charts that are ready now, and those that wait for the Explain step (explanations.state), and playbook: the get_playbook topic for the experiment's type.
